About the company: Lennylamb was founded 2008 in Poland and is a family business run by „people fascinated of the idea of babyweraring“. Lennylamb is known for its colourful and vivid designs that are loved by many babywearers around the world.

Meanwhile, Lennylamb doesn’t only design wraps but also carriers, babywearing apparel as well as clothes and accessories like blankets, snoods etc. There’s a huge product range with the unique Lennylamb designs. You will probably buy more than one item if you scroll through their shop once ?

My first impression: First of all, there’s an impressive video of the Lenny Up showing its use. When the carrier arrived here, I was very happy of how soft it’s already, especially the well padded shoulder straps. The design is even better than I expected. I am usually #teampink but look at those vivid colours – beautiful! I’ve already seen the three buckles in the video, if I haven’t, my first questions would have been why the heck there are three of them 😀 I will explain it…

Tragemama mit Baby im Lenny Up How to adjust: The Lenny Up is fully adjustable to you and to your baby/child. The panel width can be adjusted easily and steplessly by a velcro. The three buckles are there to adjust the (a) shoulder straps (b) panel height and (c) the width of the top of the panel. I made the experience that the adjustments need a little bit of effort due to the new material (I’m sure it will get easier/softer with every use).

If you carry in front you have three options to use the shoulderstraps: in a H, crossed and, with an additional extension strap (you will find it in the pocket) you can guide the shoulder straps under baby’s legs and close/join the straps under the bum, which is perfect for newborns to prevent them from too much tension on their back.

How does it fit and wear: I have tried the Lenny Up only with my 12 months old daughter and it fitted us well – with enough space left for her to grow. The shoulder straps are really comfy as well as the hipbelt and my daughter felt like a lightweight.
I like the big pocket on the hipbelt which leaves space even for your cell phone or wallet.

Conclusion: What I appreciate the most concerning the Lenny Up is that “one carrier fits all”. One of the things parents always ask in my consulations, is, how long they can use a carrier. They usually don’t like if I tell them there are 2-3 sizes available into toddlerhood.

They don’t want to change the carrier after their baby has outgrown it which means that the Lenny Up will really be a favoured carrier during my consultations. It is adjustable, comfortable, suitable even for newborns and beautiful. What more could one wish for?

Tested in january 2018 with my 12 months old wrappee.
