Monami Slings – with sweetest tulips

Tulipannah Candy

Brand: Monami Slings (PL)
Material: 100% combed cotton
Weave: jacquard
Density: 270 g/m2
Colours: light pink on even lighter powder pink

About the brand: Monami Slings is a pretty young brand from Poland with a few designs available. I like Cariad, Risene and Lolliheart but I especially love Tulipannah. The wraps are said to be soft from the start.

Quote:

Our motto is: ‘Whatever you do, do it out of your heart’. Therefore we did all we could for our wraps to be the best, luxorious and unique product.

My first impression: The Ring Sling arrived lovely packed and totally smooth, apart from the sunken/embossed tulips, depending on the side you’re touching. The evenly fabric slightly shimmers. In the red version of Monami Slings Tulipannah, the design is well visible.

A dark, strong and passionate appearence of the graphic design – great for brown haired women. Whereas Candy is an elegant and subtle beauty. The tulips are hardly visible when outside in the sun. It was hard to capture the beautiful design. The Ring Sling is mid weight, rather thin and very densely woven.

How does it wear? This Ring Sling is a pure allrounder. The smooth fabric glides easily through the rings. Tightening and loosing it is no problem at all. It feels soft with space to get even softer after some use and is very supportive. Almost like linen, there’s no bounce with this and you will be able to wear your baby as well as your toddler, which makes it great for all and due to its thinness also perfect for summer. I love the “wrong” side with this pattern and colour, which one would you prefer?

Tested with my almost 15 months old baby in april 2018. Thanks for the opportunity!
