About the brand: Marisso Slings is a pretty new brand, founded by the love of a mother who fulfilled her dreams with her own family and designing wraps. The designs are stunning. I especially love City which is combined with “Tussah Jaspe Silk” for a special confetti look and one is with merino and glitter – beautiful and luxurious all of them. Also Aspen and Caver are outstanding designs. My tester is blooming Azalea.

My first impression: Marisso Slings Azalea Cherry Blossom has a bright and wonderful pink – totally my colour scheme <3 The design is less striking than the others but definitely more elegant and feminine. The wrap is mid thick, mid heavy and already very soft! I was afraid to get back a stiff wrap after the first wash which I’m already used to but surprisingly the wrap kept its wonderful softness or even got softer than before! If there’s something I really really love about wraps it’s when they’re soft from the start and no breaking in is needed at all! 🙂 The material is smooth and shiny.
How does it wear: The wrap is just at my limit of thickness. I prefer thin wraps and when I need to wrap my baby in a thick overall and wearing some layers myself, I have quite a struggle. But in the end, all carries I tried worked and I didn’t have to tie Tibetan though the material is kind of slippery. The wrap offers a good support in a one-layer carry and excellent support with a double hammock – even if it’s a sloppy one, as you can see 😉
Conclusion: This wrap is for you if you love ultimate softness combined with a glossy look and a shiny pink. I’d recommend it for all ages but best for bigger babies
