Tested system: Bamboolik pocket cloth diaper with bamboo (Bambus Pocketwindel) and velcro, 4-15kg Material: Bamboo Viscose, Cotton, Elastan, PUL Look & feel: The Bamboolik with Owls is nice and suitable for girl or boy like most of the playful designs. The bamboo feels a bit hairy, which I didn’t experience with bamboo before but it wasn’t disturbing but very soft and nice on the skin.
Fit: The Bamboolik is a rather slim diaper which makes a perfect fit for my girl. The Cuffs don’t cut and the diaper should be long enough also for bigger kids as I keep the first row of snaps closed yet.
Practicability: A kinda clever system because the insert can be snapped with one button in the middle of the insert at the back of the diaper. Thus, it stays in place. Like with any other pocket diaper, you can boost with additional inserts and use it for longer times, during travels or overnight.
Stay Dry: The bamboo viscose is super absorbent while being (and staying – after several times wash & dry) extremely soft. It doesn’t feel wet and seems to be very good on babys skin.
Wash & Dry: wash up to 60° and dry in the air (insert can be tumble dried, too). It takes less than a day to dry.
