Design/Look: Keine Frage: das Tragetuch-Design spricht mich sofort an! 🙂 Ebenfalls erhältlich sind unifarbene Stulpen in wunderbar weicher Wolle-Seide-Qualität – unbedingt ausprobieren! 🙂
I love the woven wrap fabric on the outside – very pretty! 🙂 You’d also have to try the matching legwarmers in a most cuddly wool-silk quality.

Passform: Die Windel ist schön breit, was für mein etwas rundlicheres Baby perfekt war. Die Windel sass wirklich wunderbar, übrigens eher hüftig. Es gab auch keine Abdrücke. Und dank der Druckknöpfe ist sie gut anpassbar. Das Windelpaket trägt nur auf, wenn man alle Einlagen verwendet. Auch wenn sie meine liebste Nachtwindel ist, würde sie deshalb genau so gut eine tolle Tageswindel hermachen!
Fit: The diaper is really wide and rather low, which makes a perfect fit for my not at all skinny baby. Now, really. And no marks as well. Thanks to the snaps, adjusting the diaper is easy and it’s only bulky if you use all of the inserts which you probably don’t.

Funktionalität: Die Maleja Wollwindel funktioniert denkbar einfach. Die grosse Einlage wird mit nur einem Druckknopf in der Windel befestigt und gefaltet; davor kann auch die kleine Einlage a Die Einlagen bleiben so wunderbar an ihrem Platz, sind aber auch rasch zum Waschen/Wechseln herausgenommen.
Praticability: It’s as easy as can be: just snap in the big insert and place the additional booster on it before or after folding the big one.

Wie gut bleibt sie trocken: Ich war mehr als überrascht, dass sie meinen Härtetest derart gut überstand und das beim allerersten Einsatz! Ich hatte nur die Hanf-Einlagen drin und hatte wie gewohnt eine Nacht, in der viel gestillt wurde. Gegen das Abhalten nachts wehrt sie sich im Moment, so dass ich ihr die Windel einfach anliess (natürlich checkte ich jeweils an der Aussenseite, ob sie noch trocken war, woran ich irgendwie nicht glaubte, doch sie tat es!). Morgens waren die Einlagen vollgesaugt, aber sogar die Innenseite der Windel fühlte sich trocken an!
Stay dry: I’ve been really surprised how great the diaper (only stuffed with the hemp inserts) managed the hardness test of a lot of milk during the night – their first use at all! My baby doesn’t want to be hold upon her potty during the night currently, that’s why we use diapers. However, I checked frequently if it’s wet on the outside but it stayed try till the morning. Even when I removed the inserts, the inner part of the diaper felt dry!

Waschen und Trocknen: Am besten im Wollwaschgang mit entsprechendem Waschmittel und an der Luft trocknen – braucht nicht ganz einen Tag
Wash & Dry: best to wash with wool program and cleanser – air dry, needs approx one day to dry

Fazit: Luftig UND super auslaufsicher, dazu noch hübsch und weich – besser kann eine Windel nicht sein. Dazu noch perfekt für die Nacht. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht, dass die Wolle anders gewaschen und gepflegt werden will. Wer aber nachhaltig Freude an eine Windel haben will, die so wunderbar dicht hält, für den lohnt sich der kleine Mehraufwand allemal…
My Conclusion: Breathable and totally leak proof as well as beautiful and really soft – what more could one wish!? Perfect diaper for wet nights. The only disadvantages could be that wool needs another kind of treatment concerning the wash but if you want to keep the joy during the cloth diaper time, it’s really worth the little effort.

Ich habe nur eine kleine Anmerkung zu den Stulpen. Die sind wunderbar angenehm und weich, ich mochte sie sehr an der Maus, sie rutschen aber leider leicht über die Füsschen…
