My first impression: I received a carefully packed ring sling in the most beautiful light pink and the smoothest linen. Wonderful to touch and of airy texture.
How does it wear: It may sound strange but thick material as well as very thin fabric isn’t too easy to tighten through the rings. It just needs some experience and a proper sorting before wearing. But then, this ring sling is awesome. I tried it during the most hot and humid days this summer and was thrilled by how comfortable it still was, how pleasant on my skin. If you tend to sweat more while babywearing in summer, take this linen sling and you won’t. Definitely my first choice for a quick up. Linen has a really low amount of bounce which makes it perfect for supporting your (bigger) child.
Conclusion: I think I rediscovered a love for ring slings even before my girl starts to walk (the time I used to have a ring sling at hand more often). The linen is awesome. Soft and thin yet very supportive. Breathable and comfortable. And great for your most classy appearance. I’m sure this one will accompany us for a while. There’s a fix place for it on our wardrobe 🙂
